OK here is my schedule for today:
Breakfast
8am steal cut oats with a bit of brown sugar - a bran muffin and a hot chocolate (I know, I know)
Snack
1145 - shake
Lunch
1pm - salmon tacos
Workout
130pm- Upper Body Training + Cardio

Monday - Upper Body Training
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Lower Body and Abs Training
Thursday - Upper Body Training + Cardio
Friday -Cardiovascular Workout (snowboarding)
Saturday - Cardiovascular Workout (snowboarding)
Sunday - Cardiovascular Workout (snowboarding)
Snack
bar
Dinner
5pm - turkey sandwich with roasted veggies
Snack
830pm - bar
